Total Herb Solutions Private Limited (THS) is formed by Mr. Ashutosh Biyani based in Mumbai, India (heading the Indian operations), Mr. Vipul Fadia based in New Jersey, United States of America (heading the North American operations), and Ms. Sangeeta Gandhi (heading the European operations) with the aim to assist the evolving and the rapidly growing herbal market.

Facilities
Laboratory Facilities:
The laboratory has the requisite manpower and technologies for testing herbal drugs and to carry out research and development activities (R&D). Experienced and well-qualified scientists in the disciplines of Ayurveda, Phytochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences and Microbiology are available for carrying out analytical work as required under the drug-testing mandate for herbal drugs. The laboratory is equipped with all the basic equipment for physico-chemical analysis, chemical analysis, and assay of chemical compounds by volumetric, gravimetric, spectrophotometric ,HPLC & HPTLC methods for specific marker compounds. Thin layer chromatography facilities for finger printing of the herbal medicine or the marker compounds are available for confirming the identity and authenticity of the medicine. Total Herbal Solution is equipped with : UV-VIS Spectrophotometer, High Performance Liquid Chromatograph (HPLC), Atomic Absorption spectrophotometer, GC, etc. We also have the access to FTIR, HPTLC, Mass spectrometer, LC-MS, NMR, Gas Chromatograph, ICP-MS etc. We have tie-up with appropriate organizations for toxicity, microbial, and clinical testing.
Manufacturing Facilities:
We have complete herbal extraction facilities established with our associate at Bhivani in Harayana state. The major equipments installed are extractor, filtration units, evaporators, dryer and pulverizer. We also have tie up with supercritical extraction facilities. THS is first and unique of its kind in the country to establish exclusive herbal drug testing facility in Mumbai. In order to ensure quality of final product herbals has to go through battery of quality control parameters. A proper integration of physical, chemical, microbial, spectral and chromatographic analysis will ensure proper analysis of herbals.
